• At the time of purchase, where will I get my ticket?

  ​Once the online purchase is completed through our official website, you will receive an email to the address you indicated in the purchase with your ticket(s). 

• What kind of tickets can be purchased?

  General Admission tickets or VIP tickets. Tickets can be purchased on our website here. 

• What is the difference between the kinds of tickets?

  GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET = General Admission ticket allows access to the two stages, the Beach Stage and Resistance stage. Not including VIP access.  VIP = Includes general admission, priority access and VIP areas. 

• My order is being sent to the wrong email address, what can I do?

  If your order is being shipped to the wrong address, please contact us through our website or customer service email tickets@costadelsol.ultrabeach.com 

• Will there be a set times that explains when and where the artists will perform?

  Yes, Ultra Beach Costa del Sol will announce the set times on its website and social media closer to the event.
